Microneedling in Calgary
Strengthen your skin from within..
Some skin concerns need more than surface care. Acne scars, fine lines, uneven texture and tone often ask for deeper renewal.
Microneedling encourages your skin to rebuild itself, gently and naturally, without stripping it away.
At TerraSana Health, Dr. Ashley Abbs pairs microneedling with body acupuncture and LED light therapy. Your skin is supported on the surface and from within, for results that feel as good as they look.
How it works
Using the AcuLift MicroPen, fine medical-grade needles create tiny, controlled channels in the skin. These prompt your body's natural healing response, building fresh collagen and elastin over the weeks that follow. Over a series of sessions, skin becomes firmer, smoother and more luminous.
Unlike more aggressive resurfacing treatments, microneedling strengthens your skin rather than removing layers, and it's suitable for all skin tones.
Every session includes
Microneedling of the face and neck with the AcuLift MicroPen
Nano-needling for the delicate lips and under-eye area
Body acupuncture, tailored to you
LED light therapy to calm the skin and support healing
Add-on: Additional areas, such as the stomach, can be added for $50. This is a lovely option for softening stretch marks after pregnancy, as well as tummy tuck and other surgical scars once they're fully healed (at least 1 year old).
Benefits may include
Collagen and elastin support
Firmer, fuller-looking skin

Reduced appearance of acne scars
Smoother texture
